You must provide accurate account, contact, and preference information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Hiredaz uses the preferences and context you provide to identify job opportunities that may be worth your attention.

The service may include job discovery, ranking, email delivery, saved preferences, account tools, and related product features.

Job opportunities, salary ranges, company details, locations, and application requirements may come from third party sources.

You are responsible for checking the final listing and deciding whether to apply or share information with an employer.

You keep ownership of resumes, profiles, preferences, and messages.

You give Hiredaz permission to process that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and support the service.

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, renewal terms, trial details, taxes, and cancellation rules are shown at purchase.

Unless a different rule is shown at purchase or required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.

You may use the service only for lawful job discovery and account management. The following uses are not allowed.

Hiredaz, the website, product design, software, branding, and service content are owned by Hiredaz or its licensors.

Company names, job listings, and logos remain the property of their owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected.

We may send service messages, account notices, job discovery emails, and other communications allowed by your settings and law.

We may improve, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service to operate the product, protect users, or comply with law.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, or harms the service.

The service is provided as available. We do not promise interviews, offers, employer responses, job availability, or uninterrupted access.

Nothing in the service is career, legal, financial, immigration, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the entity operating the service, subject to required local consumer rights.

If a dispute arises, both sides agree to first try to resolve it in good faith through the contact process.
